Perfumed on the nose. Dark cherry fruit and spiced tones, supported by crunchy red-dark berry fruits and a moreish savouriness.
Smooth on the palate, light to medium bodied, dry, with a crunchy tannic texture and a bright acid line.

A blend of Pinot Noir (70%) & Gamay (30%) from the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.
Grapes were harvested, destemmed, and pressed into seasoned oak barrels where they were fermented and aged.
