Lime rich, with intense citrus fruit flavours, supported by a near cutting crystalline minerality, floral hints,, plenty of spice, and a sharp savoury note.

Smooth and weighty on the palate, dry, with a thick fruit texture, a tight acid line, and a savoury edge, finishes long with a persistent bitter tang.

Organic grown Riesling sourced from Brodie Smith's Ruchioch Vineyard in Polish Hill River, Clare Valley, South Australia. Vines are 23 years old. Vineyard is at 465 metres elevation, with grey sandy loam on shale and limestone soils.

Fruit is harvested in the morning cool, before being destemmed, crushed, and pressed. Free run juice is fraction and settled, before being cool fermented until dry.
