Alexandre Giquel - Vouvray Sparkling 2019

A beautiful sparkling expression of Chenin Blanc form Vouvray.

Crisp and fresh. Fruit flavours of apple, pear, quince, and subtle orchard fruits, with blossoms, minerality, and notes of pastry and brioche. Light and dry on the palate, with balancing acidity and a smooth bubbly mouthfeel. There's a delicious complexity to it, layers of flavour building on top of each other for a textural finish.
