Alice Bonaccorsi 'Valcerasa' Etna Rosso 2019 | Sicily, Italy

Mostly Nerello Mascalese with a little Nerello Cappuccio from the Bonaccorsi vineyards in Randazzo. Fermentation and maceration on skins in stainless steel, then ageing in old barriques. This wine is always released with age to allow more complexity and softer tannins. Spicy and expressive, with sweet and mineral tones.
