NERD NOTES

90% Tinto de Toro (Tempranillo) with a splash of old vine Garnacha adding some floral aromatics and an extra lick of natural acidity. Fermented with natural yeasts in a combination of whole bunches and whole berries in stainless steel and a couple of 500l barriques for a touch of oxidative complexity.
