Amarot - Amaro di Chinotto

An excellent Chinotto based amaro! Flavoured with 30 plants and flowers alongside fresh chinotti. The ingredients are individually cold extracted and the final product sees a long maturation post blending.

Beautifully complex and bitter with excellent overall balance. Characterised by a colour which, in the glass, takes on a dark brown hue. The nose is dominated by intense scents of aromatic herbs and natural aromas. A whirlwind of sensations that is particularly enveloping and well balanced. On the palate it is full-bodied, but with a soft and velvety, dominated by the bitter taste.
