Fresh, wild, and zippy. Crisp apple aromatics on the nose. Intense juicy spicy black fruit flavours. Light, dry, and funky (in a damn good way). Made with no additions. Some real wtfuckery.

NERD NOTES

A 50/50 blend of Calek's 'A Toi Nous' (Grenache Noir and Syrah) from Ardèche and Zangs' Apple Cider from Normandy. The fruit is grown with organic and biodynamic cultivation.

Vinified as a sparkling wine in the ancestral method (read: a Pet-Nat) and disgorged.

Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphur, or other additions.
