Clean and minerally driven. Fresh fruit notes of pear, apple, peach, quince, along with ginger, jasmine, with subtle notes of meringue and brioche. Dry, light to medium bodied, with high acidity, making for a vibrant, minerally clean, yet softly textured mouthfeel.
