Rich in flavour with texture to match, this Orange wine spent over 6 months on skins but it never outstays its welcome.

Sunny citrus fruit notes, fresh grapefruit, juicy orange, and - yes - ripe mandarin flavours , alongside savoury pineapple and apricot fruits, orange blossom and floral aromatics, with spiced tones of ginger, cloves, nuttiness, and dried fruits.

Texture for days on the palate, with a sticky yet chalky mouthfeel, a gentle grippy tannic structure, and refreshing acid tang, making for a mouthwatering sip.

Fiano from Gundagai, New South Wales.

After picking, the grapes were carefully sorted and destemmed by hand.

The grapes were sealed inside stainless steel tanks where they fermented on skins for over 6 months. Following this, was gently basket pressed into old French oak barrels.

Bottled with no added sulphur.
