Beautiful orang-pink in colour. Loads of wild strawberry notes with a juicy red fruited palate. Fresh and tangy with light bubbles and vibrant acidity. A wonderfully drinkable wine.

"Gently basket pressed into old barrels and slow fermented for over a month. Bottled with 7 g/L of natural sugar left, now fermented to dry in the bottle for a delicate fizz."
