A Saperavi-Cabernet Franc chilled red blend!

Light and vibrant with a delectable moreish chewy-ness to it, dry on the palate, juicy in texture with a splash of energetic acid.
Packed full of wild strawberry and raspberry fruits, with rose petal aromatics, pomegranate crunch, blood orange zest, and a lightly herbal tone.

A chilled red to savour on a balmy evening or warm day at the park.
Nerd Notes

Made from Saperavi and Cabernet Franc from South Australia.

The Saperavi is made as a rose, with a very short maceration on skins, while the Cabernet Franc undergoes carbonic maceration, before being blended together.

Bottled unfined, uniltered, and with no added sulphur.
