The secret of this sublime Vermouth is the mix of Piedmont’s Nebbiolo - whence the well-known Barolo and Barbaresco are produced - and white wines carefully selected and mixed with herbal infusions, spices and roots. Infused with botanicals from the Occitan Alps near the winery, there are lovely soft notes of cinnamon, baking spices, and cola sweetness.
