Lifted confectionary notes on the nose, along with raspberry, redcurrant, pomegranate, spice, and a touch of liquorice, all carrying through and building with each sip.

It's light, crunchy, smooth, and super fresh, tapping away with vibrant acid. 

Perfect for chilling and drinking in the park, maybe even with some chill-hop beats.

Purchased grapes, organic grown.

51% Grenache from Swinneys Vineyards, plus Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Gewurztraminer and Viognier. Picked early for freshness, some carbonic maceration, some whole bunch, some co-fermentation.

Raised in older barrels before being blended to rest in tank for a couple more months then bottled with no fining, filtration or additives other than a small amount of sulphur.
