Smooth and lively on the palate, with vibrant acidity, full of texture yet light to medium bodied.

Estate grown with organic and biodynamic viticulture.

A blend of three Savagnin Sélection Massales, planted around 70 years ago in the l’Hopital lieu-dit - which has crushed limestone and blue-grey marl soils.

Fermented and aged for 30 months on lees in neutral barrels, ouillé (topped up).

No fining or filtering, no added sulphur.
