Capolino Perlingieri - Nembo Fiano 2021

Nembo is an archaic name for clouds; the grapes for this wine were grown on some of the producers highest plots at nearly 300m above sea level. Elegant white florals will softly turn towards almond notes and more of a mineral drive as the wine ages, which it certainly can.
