A sparkling wine made from an ancient white 'Bellone' in méthode traditionnelle, making for a fascinating and unique sip.

Golden in colour and character. Fruity aromatics, hints of yeast, fresh in character, with savoury tones and a persistent fine fizz. Delicious.
Nerd Notes

Bellone grapes from Tenuta San Pietro in Cori, Lazio.

Hand harvested in late August, whole berries are softly pressed before being fermented at controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 24 months on lees.
