Delicate aromas of rose petals and jasmine, with fruit notes of raspberry, strawberry, and citrus fruits.

Vibrant red fruit in flavour, with raspberry, strawberry, red cherry, and tangerine, along with a lightly toasted sourdough note and curd character.

Crisp on the initial sip, dry, creamy smooth and richly textured with soft, lively bubbles, fresh acidity, and the barest hint of tannin.

Nerd Notes:

Grown on alluvial sandy-clay and marl soil. Vineyard is managed with organic practices.

Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, with the grapes pressed in whole bunches.

Second fermentation occurs in bottle with fresh grape must.

Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulphur or other additions.
