Pinot Noir planted on blue schist soils, 15 days whole bunch maceration, 12 months elevage in old barrels.

Elegance, A prettiness on the nose which belies the power on the palate. Red apples, blackberries, flinty and wisps of tobacco. The mineral core wraps itself around the fruit and fine tannins, lingering and ethereal. As it opens it becomes fresher, the acidity perfectly harmonious. A wine of purity and clarity. A wine to decant if drinking now.
