100% Chardonnay - Blanc de Blanc

Chardonnay grapes, sustainably grown in the village of Vertrus, in the Côte de Blancs.

Grapes are pressed, with the juice fermented in seasoned oak barrels (each barrel seeing 3 to 5 vintages in Meursault or Puligny-Montrachet), with malolactic fermentation.

The champagne is made with low dosage to ensure the wine is extra brut.

The wine is aged for at least 4 years.
