The nose is a bouquet of elderflower & white roses, citrus, and passion fruits. The palate is intensely fruit forward, with flavours of green apple and grape, ripe apricot, and tropical fruit, along notes of oven baked apples with butter and subtle florals. It is balanced with a subtle acidity, making for a deliciously clean structure and long finish.
