A classic white Bordeaux - blended from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.

Aromatic on the nose, with a bouquet of florals, citrus, stone, and tropical fruit notes, and herbaceous notes. Opens up to flavours of passionfruit, lychee, lemon, and gooseberry, supported by subtle citrus and stone fruit notes, with an underlying green capsicum-herbaceous tone.

Bright and crisp on the palate, dry and medium bodied, smooth in texture with a crunchy fruit weight.
