Rich fruit flavours, dark, black, and blue, full of ripe berries, plums, currants, and a touch of cherry, lightly with dusty spices, and a very subtle green note that is paired with a candied-stewed fruit element.

Smooth and plush on the palate, rich and a touch grippy in texture, structured with a fine tannin line, lively acidity for balance, and a long, smooth finish.

Perfect for a cold winter night, serve by itself or pair with red meat and cheese.
