This is what Clemens calls his 'house wine' - A pure, restrained expression of the Mosel with the barest whisper of residual sugar, with all the stony minerality and gorgeous perfume that these wines are known for.

Gorgeous perfumed notes of citrus, stone fruit, and rock dust.

Fresh and minerally on the palate, crisp limes, lemon, apricot and nectarine, hints of honey, and a pronounced stoniness on the finish.

Pure and restrained, light bodied, a crisp core of mineral acidity, dry. 

Drinks beautifully from the day of release - aging is also only going to improve this wine.

Estate grown, organic and biodynamic viticulture, no added sulphur or other additions.
