La Bruja de Rozas or ‘The Witch of Rozas’ is the village wine of the town Rozas de Puerto Real. The witch refers to the tendency of Rozas to be overcast and grey, due to clouds forming on the surrounding hills. This lack of light is a key part of the terroir and helps to give Bruja its elegance.
An old favourite. Cherry red fruits alongside notes of herb, violet and spice. Medium bodied, silky with balanced acid and fruit.
