Cosmo Brewing's house saison aged 6 months in a single whisky barrel from Bathurst Grange Distillery. Refermented on ripe santa rosa plums from Emu Swamp near Orange, NSW.

Pours like a rich, bubbly pinot. Heaps on the nose, full plum flavour in the mouth and great with a steak in any month. We are very happy with this beer!
