An aromatic and lightly macerated Catarratto from the hills of Segesta, western Sicily. Grown biodynamically, handled gently, and delivered with all the texture of a skin-contact wine but the freshness of a white.

• Textured but clean, with bright mineral acidity

Winemaking Notes

• Estate-grown Catarratto from Segesta, Trapani
• Organic and biodynamic viticulture
• 5 days on skins, wild fermented
• Aged in steel, minimal sulphur, unfined/unfiltered

Drinking Notes

Serve slightly chilled. Smashable enough for salty snacks, elegant enough for seafood pastas or slow balcony chats. Technically a white, emotionally an orange.
