Smoothly textured, light bodied and dry on the palate, with soft, earthy tannin and fresh acidity. Aromatics of fresh berries and cherries, dried florals, and a touch of spice. Expands with flavours of tart red berries and a candied cherry note, vanilla and oak baking spices, a dusting of cocoa powder, and a slight vegetal note.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Domaine Courbet is a family legacy carried by father and son duo, Jean-Marie and Damien Courbet, which started nearly 200 years ago in 1869. With half of their vines located just below Chateau Chalon, arguably the best appellation of the region, and all vines farmed biodynamically, it's no wonder their limited production is so highly sought-after.
