Latest release of the nonvintage field blend from master macerationist Dario Princic. This is the entry point for some of Europe's finest macerated whites. Grapes are macerated on skins for 3-4 days then aged in old oak and chestnut barrels.

Dario Princic is a leading producer of macerated white wines. He commenced working in his family vineyards as a child and since 1988 has cultivated his own vineyards without chemicals, utilizing biodynamic farming principles.
