A fresh and lively skin contact blend made with grapes grown in the McLaren Vale.
Full of fruit with floral and lightly spiced notes. Crisp red apple, lemon, peach, pineapple, and a hint of lychee, with bright florals, orange blossom, and a touch of white pepper. Light and dry on the palate, with a chalky texture and a delicious mineral acidity.
Golden in colour and and taste, it's a fruit salad packed into a bottle.

NERD NOTES
A blend of Muscat (40%), Arneis (40%), Sauvignon Blanc (10%), and Chardonnay (10%).
Grapes were hand picked and fermented on skins for two to three weeks separately, before being pressed together into a tank, undergoing a slow natural fermentation.
Finished with minimal sulphur immediately prior to bottling.
