A dry sparkling apple cider from Decidret - think a cross between a fancy Normandy Cider and Champagne. Super good.

Tannins, toast and yeast. But also fruit, body and aromatic sweetness. A bit more serious and stalk, more wrinkles than usual for Decideret.

Harvested across 2018 and 2019, spent 19 months on lees.
