Muscat of Alexandria (70%) carbonically macerated for 20 days. Grenache Blanc (30%) macerated for 7 days. Aged in neutral French oak. No additions, unfined, and unfiltered.
It's bright, delightfully rich, packed to the brim with flavour. Grippy, fruity, textured and beautifully balanced.
