Skin contact Vermentino from one of our favourite Sardinian estates.

Masses of ripe fruits including tangerine, apricot, pineapple, honey and orchard fruits plus notes of dried fruits, straw and nuts. Soft and warming with fine tannin and a soft, textual structure. Slightly oxidative in a good way. Very delicious.

Fermented in concrete vats with no additions followed by 7 months elevage in concrete and glass.

Great with structured foods, such as meat pastas, lamb or rabbit. or maybe an eel.
