Masses of ripe fruits including tangerine, apricot, pineapple, honey and orchard fruits plus notes of dried fruits, straw and nuts.

Soft and warming, richly weighted, with fine tannin and a soft, textual structure. Slightly oxidative in a good way.

Very delicious.
Great with structured foods, such as meat pastas, lamb or rabbit. or maybe an eel.

Estate grown, organic and biodynamic viticulture, no added sulphur or other additions.

Fermented in concrete vats with no additions followed by 7 months elevage in concrete and glass.
