A herbal and alpine infused version of a red vermouth. Wonderfully flavoursome with good balanced between sweet spice / citrus and bitter alpine herbs. Makes a killer negroni.

Botanicals are collected from the slopes of Mount Noveis in the north east of Piemonte.
