🍇 📍 Burgundy

🍷 Traditional Method

Tasting Notes

Sparkling rose from Châtillonnais in Burgundy, bordering Champagne's southern most region.

Perfumed aromatics of florals and red berry fruits, carrying over to the flavour and supported by tones of sourdough, brioche, and cream.
Delicate on the palate, creamy-smooth in texture, light bodied and dry, and fine, lively bubbles.
