A vibrant white from South West France. Floral with notes of apple and quince alongside slightly oxidative notes. Textured on the palate with more stone fruit and apple. Minerally core with a nice balance between savoury and saline.
Clay and limestone terroir. Low yield. Hand-picked. In the winery, aged in barrel and foudre for 8 to 12 months on the lees, with malolactic fermentation. Natural winemaking. Low sulphur at bottling.
