A vibrant white from South West France.
Floral with notes of apple and quince alongside slightly oxidative notes. Medium bodied and textured on the palate with more stone fruit and apple. Minerally core with a nice balance between savoury and saline.
Clay and limestone terroir. Low yield. Hand-picked. In the winery, aged in barrel and foudre for 8 to 12 months on the lees, with malolactic fermentation. Natural winemaking. Low sulphur at bottling.
