Floral with notes of apple and quince alongside slightly oxidative notes, with more stone fruit and apple building in flavour.

Textured on the palate, medium bodied, with a mineral rich core and a nice balance between savoury and saline.

Estate grown, organic viticulture.

Clay and limestone terroir. Low yield. Hand-picked. In the winery, aged in barrel and foudre for 8 to 12 months on the lees, with malolactic fermentation. Natural winemaking. Low sulphur at bottling.
