Dried fruits, citrus and spices on the nose, with a silky and complex palate and a finish to die for. Savoury and serious after 36 months under flor (ouille).

This little Arbois beauty is drinking beautifully fresh and fruity now, or can be aged to bring out more of the saline notes, and complexities the region is known for.
