Aromatic and complex on the nose, with violet florals, dark fruits, and spices.

Builds in flavour, with ripe, juicy fruits - think raspberry, blackberry, plum, cherry, and blackcurrant - alongside decadent spiced notes of anise, pepper, vanilla, cloves, and cinnamon.

Rich on the palate, lush and silky-smooth in texture, structured with soft tannin, and kept approachable by a splash of bright fruit acidity.

Serve with lamb tagine, paella, or your go to spiced treat.

NERD NOTES

Estate grown Zinfandel, the only 3 hectares of it grown in France.

Harvested at the end of September.

Cold soak macerated on skins. Fermented and aged in oak barrels.
