A natural French Grenache blend from Domaine de'Ausseil in Roussillon.

This is all about juicy soft red fruits and spices. A very short and gentle maceration to keep it all light, then a year in tank to add some savouriness. It is satisfyingly complete, but very delicate and gentle at the same time, making you want to sip again. One where the bottle seems to be empty a bit too soon!
