Riesling from schist soils. Closed at first, opening up beautifully with a little air.

Flinty, fine acid. Crisp but textured in style with notes of lemon cake, yuzu and fresh herbs. Mineral and mouth watering with a really flinty edge alongside the citrus and floral notes.
