Lemon and fresh citrus flavours, supported by a crunchy oyster-shell minerality, almond milk, and a light dusting of rich spiced tones.

Crisp yet smooth on the palate, lushly textured from lees, with a refreshing line of mineral-rich acidity.

Chardonnay from a single cool climate vineyard in the Derwent Valley, Tasmania.

Handpicked on a fruit day after the Hunters Moon.

Whole bunches fermented with wild yeasts and basket pressed in a new demi-muid barrel. Matured for 12 months on lees.

Bottled unfiled and unfiltered, with minimal added sulphur.
