Floral aromas with plenty of almond and citrus in support. Lush and leesy on the palate and balanced with an oyster-shell minerality keeping everything together.
Chardonnay from a single cool climate vineyard in the Derwent Valley, Tasmania. Handpicked on a fruit day after the Hunters Moon. Whole bunches fermented with wild yeasts and basket pressed in a new demi-muid barrel. Matured for 12 months on lees.
Bottled unfiled and unfiltered, with minimal added sulphur.
