Smooth and lush on the palate, compact tannin line with a hint of fresh acidity, that leads into a long, cleansing finish.

Beautifully opens up in the glass, revealing complex depth and elegance.

NERD NOTES

Grown on the estate's Castelletto vineyard in the Monforte d'Alba area of Barolo, Piemonte: It lies at 250 metres altitude, features loamy soils with limestone, and has an eastly exposure.

Macerated on skins for 14 days.

Aged in four 7 year old small cacks (228Lt).
