Aromatic, with perfumed notes of wild florals, dark plums, cherry fruit, and fresh herbs, and a light pepper tone.

Builds with elegant flavours on the palate, rich red cherry, dark plum, and red berry fruits, thyme, and a freshly cracked peppercorn.

Fresh and light on the palate, clean yet wild in texture, with firm subtle tannin and vibrant acidity. Finishes long, with a herbal-spiced tinge.

NERD NOTES

Picked on a fruit day. Whole bunch wild ferment, matured in seasoned demi-muid. Basket pressed. Minimal sulphites, no fining or filtering.
