A smooth and minerally Cretan white, made from the rare and little known Tachtas grape!

Aromas of citrus, pear, apricot, peach, white florals, and subtle dried herbs. Intense apricot flavours, white peach, with beeswax, subtle toast, vanilla, and a saline mineral character.

Rounded on the palate with a subtle mineral element, medium bodied and dry, structured with lively acidity and a long aftertaste.
