Based in Martinborough, Dr Beak gin has been created and developed by Lacey, with support of her winemaker husband, Tim. The idea to make gin came upon her whilst she was studying horticulture and was looking for a new challenge. She realised that she could grow or source all the botanicals within New Zealand. Dr Beak uses selected growers from within New Zealand to provide them with exceptional raw ingredients.

The Garden Gin is fresh and sprightly like the piwakawaka that adorns the label, a juniper-forward style, with notes of fresh rosemary and mint and finished with a kick of horopito. Made from whey based spirit.
