A decadently sweet Sherry made with sundried Pedro Ximénez grapes before being fortified to 15% alcohol and aged for 5 years.
Sweet yet soft and silky in texture with fresh acidity that keeps it light (as sherries go). Ripe and full of flavour, with sun-dried raisins, spices, almonds, a sweet nuttiness, and a touch of caramel.
Brilliant with deserts and cheese.
