Limited (single barrel!) release Gamay from Empire of Dirt. Get it while it's hot (well, cellar temperature).

Handpicked and cold soaked with 25% carbonic maceration, this wine has lots of fleshy fruits and spicy notes. Dark and brooding in colour, with a beautiful softness to the palate that lingers.
