Crisp citrus fruit takes centre stage, with lemon, lime, and grapefruit, giving way to notes of melon and honey peach, supported by subtle oak spices, light butter, and a lick of minerality that runs right through the finish.

Delicate on the palate, strikingly balanced between a refreshing acid line and a near silky smooth texture, leading into a long, clean finish.

Refined and elegant, neither lacking or having too much of anything.

NERD NOTES

Single vineyard Chardonnay grown on the Bellarine Peninsula, Geelong.

Fermented with native yeast in French oak (25% new), with 25% of the wine going through malolactic fermentation.
