Aromatically a mix of juniper, coriander and liquorice root with spices and herbs. So the lot, for wonderfully flavoursome gin.

On the palate something is floating on our tongue and it has become animated by the earth, so a golem. A tiny mouth golem that tastes of earth, finger lime and citrus, before finishing a touch sweet.

Works well both as a gin and tonic or in a negroni. Fresh but classic in style.
